Go to Control Panel.

Step 3:

This menu only will appear after you upload more then 5 items to your e-soplink account.

Step 4:

Click 'edit' to edit selected notice.

Step 5:

Edit your notice title or content.

Note:

Updated notice will show in 'My notice list'.
