Add notice board

Requirement:

* Upload more then 5 items to your e-soplink account.

Step 1:

Go to Control Panel.

Step 3:

This menu only will appear after you upload more then 5 items to your e-soplink account.

Step 4:

Submit your notice board content.

Step 5:

Your notice board list will shown at the top.

Note:

After submit your notice, it will show in notice board list in main page.
